Israel Onoriobe was born in Benin City, Nigeria in 1975. He got save in 1990, and in 1993 he stepped out into ministry at the tender age of 18. He first served as the Senior Pastor of Jesus Foundation Church and the Christ Triumphant Assembly, both in Benin City, Nigeria.
In February 1996 he set out by faith into the nations in obedience to the leading of the Lord, and he established the World Vision Crusade Outreach Ministries (WVCOM International) as a ministry platform to facilitate the work into the nations. Since then he has travelled and ministered in over 70 nations across the different continents. In the year 2000 he relocated to South Africa, where he was then set apart and commissioned as an apostle by the presbytery of Emmanuel Ministries International under the leadership of Apostle John M. Boney.
Israel Onoriobe has written 15 books which are widely distributed in the nations. His desire is to minister the message of the Kingdom of God and to declaring the purposes of God in releasing the Body of Christ into a greater maturity and Christ-like stature.
Israel Onoriobe is married to Miliswa Onoriobe and they are blessed with a daughter, Destiny and they are presently based in Cape Town, South Africa from where they oversee the work of the ministry into the nations.

Our Story
In the last twenty years, an apostolic commission was released upon this work to see a cooperative networking of churches, ministries and ministers who would give themselves in a greater expression of apostolic release. Flowing out of this have come a new fresh fire of revelation, restoration and revival power. Signs, wonders, and miraculous healings are being preached and demonstrated. A great hunger for the impartation of healing and restoration within the body has emerged.
Brother Israel has seen an unprecedented volume of healing and restoration being released during his time of ministry and many has been delivered from demonic strongholds and oppressions. Brother Israel has a passion to equip and release the body to a greater realization of the corporate healing and deliverance, which is available to them. WVCOM fully believes a new move of the Spirit is upon the nations that will lead to an unprecedented ingathering, shaping and changing the face of the church.
World Vision Crusade Outreach Ministries WVCOM has become an active cog in the wheel of Kingdom Construction, Kingdom Advance and Kingdom Excellence in Africa and beyond. In the last few years, WVCOM has been instrumental in changing church cultures and facilitating change in ministries – causing a paradigm shift into a new concept of Kingdom lifestyle and transitioning from the old strategy (church) to an innovative concept (Kingdom). It is a change of the old wineskin for the new.
We have also been involved in setting up leadership training conferences and seminars for Church leaders over the years in different nations. This is one of the principle aims of WVCOM: to teach, train and to release new Kingdom workers as well as ordain new leadership with apostolic commissions. This we believe will be accomplished through establishing of covenant relationships and partnership with other like ministries and leaders across the nations as the Lord divinely bring the links together for His purpose. WVCOM does serve to bring covering for orphan ministries, churches and ministers as we relate in a covenant relationship and proclamation for Kingdom advancement for the reformation and restoration of all things.
With these, we solely proclaim and declare that WVCOM’s mission is to provide a relational network of ministries and churches that are in vital covenant relationships with one another. This comes about through a united vision of equipping, releasing and maturing the church. The core of the vision is to see existing churches strengthened, new churches planted, global missions and evangelism, while training ministry leadership. The purpose is to see the body of Christ come into Her Glory for the fullness of Christ’s stature awaiting His appearance.
By a passion to build the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, World Vision Crusade Outreach Ministries is seeking those who have heard such a call of the Spirit. We are laboring to enter into functional relationship with those who feel called to bring revival, restoration and reformation to the church by every possible means necessary. This is a Kingdom vision, the passion is the Love of God and the frequency is Apostolic.

World Vision Crusade Outreach Ministries WVCOM was founded in 1996 response to a God given vision for the last days Church and World Harvest. Cooperating with the great outpouring of the Holy Spirit, WVCOM seeks the release and development of our
Lord’s glorious third day Church.
Brother Israel Onoriobe has been in the prophetic ministry for over twenty four years, operating in the revelatory gifts, especially in words of prophecy and prophetic preaching. With the grace of an apostolic-type ministry and a prophetic unction upon his life. Brother Israel travels extensively around the nations ministering the message of the Kingdom and declaring the purposes of God in releasing the body of Christ into a greater maturity and Christ-like stature. He has ministered in over 65 nations.

Mandate
God is moving the church into a greater performance of His purposes for the earth. He is Declaring and Doing new things (Isaiah 42:9). This is a new day and a new season in God and we must understand His plans and strategies through a revelation of heaven’s perspective for the church in the now.
This is a decade of destiny for Africa to see the Kingdom of God advance into the nations. We are living in a kairos moment and divine access has been granted to the church to activate prophetic frequencies as we begin to unveil kingdom mysteries and apostolic strategies for the global expansion of the gospel and the increase of God’s Kingdom on earth. The church in Africa is on the rise and taking her rightful position to become a catalyst that would carry the Kingdom of God to the nations.
As a ministry, we the WVCOM International believe that there is a mandate and great responsibility and assignment upon us, and we are being compelled with great urgency and passion to make an impact for the Kingdom in Africa and the nations.
Our ministry has a mandate of reaching the continent of Africa and beyond. This is the commission the Lord gave to me when I was in the Kingdom of Swaziland in May 2002 around 2am as I was in communion with Him.
The Lord impressed these nations in Africa in my heart. Botswana, Zambia, Togo, Mauritius, Congo, Namibia, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Gabon, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Guinea, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Mozambique, Cameroon, Liberia
We have mapped out some strategies and this is an operation we have tagged “Invading the Nations – The Mandate”. Our ministry has been reaching out into some of the nations for the past 24 years and God has moved tremendously and many has been reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ in 65 nations, but at this time we are trusting the Lord to make our presence known by taking this ministry into these nations listed above in declaring the purposes of God.
There is a great possibility to ignite revival and restoration to see a great harvest into the Kingdom of God in these nations. It is an enormous task and calls for intense prayers and support. It’s a challenging one as we have to believe God for all the resources and finances to come in, but we know that the Lord is able as we trust Him to accomplish His will through this mission.
Our Purpose
1. To declare the message of the Kingdom of God – This is a passion for the lost in reaching and harvesting them for the Kingdom.
2. Unveiling the Purposes and Will of God – Creating an awareness of Christ – bringing the Church into a spiritual insight and understanding of the Lord and His Kingdom, and by so doing establishing a dwelling place for the reign of the Lord upon the earth. (Revelation 21: 3).
3. Reaching the Nations – A networking of leaders, churches and ministries for a total invasion of the land and the establishing and advancing of the Kingdom of God for the reformation and restoration of all things.
Our Mission
In our mission into these nations, we will raise up, train and equip an apostolic team of ministers and ministries that will fan the true flame of revival in preparing the church for the harvest and the second coming of Jesus.
By this we will be running Gospel Campaigns, Leadership Seminars and International Conferences in some of the targeted areas which will help accomplish the vision and as well mobilize indigenous laborers that will continue to advance the Kingdom message in their nations.
We are trusting the Lord that through our relationship and International Network of Ministries, we will have the privilege and opportunity to bring in matured leaders and ministry teams with integrity from around the world who will be relating with us in covenant fellowship to minister to the leaders that will be participating in our conferences and seminars, as well as the nations at large.
We beseech and call for those who are of a willing heart and feel the Lord is leading them to partner, network and help finance and assist with this vision of Invading the Nations.
